The Solo
The Solo is a single-loop analog-addressable fire control panel capable of driving up to 127 devices in 16 zones. Though small, the Solo is extremely powerful. Programmed by computer, it can be set up to control the activities of other systems (such as ventilation plant, door closers, public address, etc) as required to suit the needs of individual sites. Even without the computer it can be programmed with specific location and zone allocation information for each device so the cause of alarms and faults can be tracked down quickly and easilly, as well as simplifying commissioning and maintenance.
The use of a single 12 volt battery, (internally converted to 24 volts by the panel) promotes further cost savings and contributes to the compact and un-obtrusive design without affecting performance.
Advanced facilities include delayed alarms and automated day/night response switching. These help to reduce unwanted alarms by allowing the fire system to be customised to meet the specific needs of its environment.
