Hochiki ESP Loop Interfaces Many systems including Tann Synchronome`s Syncro, Solo and MX-4000 series fire control panels use Hochiki`s ESP Enhanced System Protocol addressable detectors and equipment. ESP is the communication medium between the control panels. This advanced protocol is highly immune to noise and other loop communication problems which leads to high stability and no false alarms due to data corruption. We are able to supply the complete ESP range, many items of which are ex-stock. Units are individually addressed with a maximum of 127 devices avaliable per loop, depending on the host panel`s drive capability. Interfaces are programmed via DIL switches to set the address, and some units also have options for enabling or disabling input/output monitoring or setting switch configurations. Units are housed in chassis mounting white plastic enclosures and can be supplied with or without external wall mounting enclosures.
Loop Interfaces and Controllers TSCHQMZ Single Trigger Zone Interface. A single monitored circuit input interface normally used to control one small conventional detection zone circuit. Powered from the loop, the circuit may carry an unlimited number of standard conventional call-points and a maximum of six conventional detectors. If detector removal monitoring is required, the call-points must be fitted before the detectors on the circuits. TSCHQZ Dual Trigger Zone Interface. A dual monitored circuit input interface, and a more powerful version of the single MZ. Powered by an external 24 volt source, the two circuits may each carry an unlimited number of standard conventional call-points and a maximum of 30 conventional detectors. If detector removal monitoring is required, the call-points must be fitted before the detectors on the circuits. TSMIOU8B & TSFIO 8 way Input & Output Units. Fully programmable multiple input/output interface with 8 inputs and 8 outputs for interfacing to zone mimic displays, conventional panels, plant control, smoke vents, etc. The outputs may be individually programmed and selected as normally open, normally closed or in the case of the MIOU, switched voltage. The unit occupies just one address on the loop and requires a separate 24 volt supply. Note - MIOU especially for our Syncro panels and FIO especially for our MX4000 series. TSCHQB Dual Sounder Circuit Driver. Controls two conventional alarm line circuits and requires a seperate 24 volt supply. Each of the alarm line outputs can be seperately programmed and are individually fused at 2 amps. A monitored input circuit is also provided, ideal for connection to the fault output of the power supply driving the unit. TSCHQR Dual Relay / Single Input interface. Used to provide two voltage free relay outputs to control other systems such as intruder alarms, plant shutdown, etc. Powered from the loop, the outputs can be seperately programmed. A monitored input circuit is also provided. TSCHQSIO Single Input/Output interface. This unit features a mains rated voltage free changeover relay output ideal for switching off equipment such as magnetic door holders and boiler/ventillation plant. Connections to the relay are made via flying leads so mains rated voltages can be connected outside of the interface enclosure. Powered from the loop, the relay is fully programmable. A monitored input circuit is also provided. TSCHQS Dual Switch Input Monitor. Used for monitoring on-off relay/switch inputs from other systems and equipment such as sprinkler flow valves, extinguishant systems, etc. Selectable normally-open or normally-closed input.
