How will I know that my system meets the relevant standards?
We commission all systems to meet the relevant British Standards; BS5839 2002 for Fire; BS5266 for Emergency Lighting. System certification is provided as part of the commissioning service. Full system verification is avaliable on request.

Remember that continued maintenance is the only way to ensure that your system continues to function properly and remains "to standard".

Do you provide staff training?
Yes, our engineers are happy to train your staff on the use of your new fire alarm/emergency lighting/nurse call system. We will also provide free guidance on BS5839 if required.


Don`t forget that once your system is working it will still need periodic service & maintenance. Tann Synchronome will continue to be available to help with problems over the phone and send out engineers if necessary.
